CBT is a successful form of therapy for treating ailments such as depression, panic syndrome, addiction, anxiety, burn-out, phobia, relation problems etc. With CBT you receive help to become aware of your patterns and behaviours. With focus at here and now, it is structured, solution-driven and purposive. We use different techniques and tools to gives awareness to behaviours and thought patterns. The client receives homework that will help with recovery.
The keynote in CBT is that our thoughts and actions is a result of our history and that we from these maps interpret our reality. Through rewriting these maps you can learn new ways to handle your life.
